Édité par l'Institut d'Études Occitanes (I.E.O.), il propose des rappels sur la prononciation de l'occitan, un vocabulaire franco-occitan sur plusieurs thématiques propres au rugby : la partie, les joueurs, l'entraîneur, la défense, les jeux de mains... Il contient en outre quelques chansons occitanes et une carte des clubs de rugby à XIII et à XV.<br />
