C'est un Salon du couteau initié par Mick Gillet, qui rassemble chaque année un grand nombre d'exposants venus de partout. Dans notre reportage, nous vous emmenons dans les coulisses d'un savoir-faire, à la rencontre de Mick Gillet, de l'animateur fabricant Christophe Grangé et de couteliers comme Didier Lascombe et Sébastien Fuster, entre autres. Un bref tour d'horizon qui vous montrera l'esprit de cette manifestation particulière, où peu de couteaux se ressemblent sur les nombreux stands. <br />Un reportage d'Amy Cros.</p>
