Lettre de Léon Alègre adressée à Frédéric Mistral le 2 janvier 1867.
<p style="text-align: justify;">Léon Alègre y loue la qualité du dernier livre de Frédéric Mistral, <em>Calendau</em> qui paraît un mois après la rédaction de cette lettre. Poème épique, <em>Calendau</em> ne connaît pas à Paris le succès de <em>Mirèio</em> et vaut à Mistral des attaques contre ses idées "séparatistes" qui transparaîssent dans son oeuvre.</p>
