<p dir="ltr">L'Écho des Gourbis, « journal antipériodique des tranchées et boyaux », comme le dit son sous-titre, est “l'organe des troglodytes du front”. Rédigé par des membres de régiments du Quercy et de Gascogne, il publie d'amusants échos, des anecdotes plus ou moins authentiques, des articles, le tout sur un ton généralement humoristique. Le journal publie parfois des chants occitan, chaque numéro est agrémenté d’un livre d'or rempli par ses rédacteurs.</p>
