<p style="text-align: justify;">Quelles sont les diverses étapes de la châtaigne, de la terre à notre assiette ? Dans cette émission consacrée à ce fruit apprécié dans toutes ses déclinaisons, nous irons à Antraigues-sur-Volane, au cœur de l'Ardèche. Du côté de Bélou, nous ferons connaissance avec les premières étapes de la vie d'une châtaigne et les procédés traditionnels. Nous rencontrerons ensuite Joël Aymard qui nous expliquera le fonctionnement du ramassage moderne et le triage des fruits. Puis Jean Duplan nous donnera un aperçu de l'atelier de transformation que son fils Patrice a fondé. Enfin, nous terminerons ce reportage sur la confiture de châtaigne préparée par Daniel Dumas ! <br /><br />Un reportage d'Amy Cros.</p>
